As a cleaning contractor, one of the key requirements for a successfully managed contract is being able to manage staff effectively.

StaffCheck presents itself as the ideal tool for this purpose, enabling me to know where my staff are during the day and paying them for the actual time they have worked for each client.  With 120 employees, this provided cost savings of over £1000 during our first payroll period giving us a return on our investment in the first three months since buying StaffCheck.

The reports we use most frequently are the daily attendance and monthly pay reports to analyse our performance and profitability. 

My staff have also welcomed the system because we have been able to overcome every day issues such as paid overtime and flexible working hours by recording the actual hours they work.

Clients have perceived the StaffCheck system as a value added bonus because we can monitor absenteeism and act on this immediately, instead of waiting for a call from the client.

The system has also been fantastic for monitoring our lone working cleaners giving peace of mind to employees, clients and us as employers.
