In the world we live in today, access control & security is ever more important. The auto:time access control solution ensures your premises is secure from unwanted entry by limiting access to only authorised people.

The Auto:Time Access Software is simple to use and enables you to create multiple access patterns, thus allowing or denying access at different times of the day or week. In addition, you can specify access patterns to individuals, allowing key personnel to have greater access privaledges than standard employees.

Each access terminal has inputs for 2 readers, should personnel be required to authorise themselves in both directions. Alternatively, a press to exit button can be installed in one direction, which is normally the case for building exits.

The Auto:Time Premium time & attendance software comes complete with the access control module. This allows you to encompass two very important facilities in one package, utilising the same proximity card or key fob for both tasks.

Upgrading from Auto:Time Access to Auto:Time Premium is not a problem should you decide to upgrade at a later stage. A simple and straightforward upgrade path can be provided at any time.

Access Patterns & Groups

Access patterns are the first step in creating an access policy. There are sixteen access patterns available, each having up to ten time zones. An access pattern can be created for each employee type, for example, Managers could have a broader access pattern, allowing them access through doors most of the time, whereas staff may have an access pattern that only permits access during normal working hours.

Access groups are the second step in creating an access policy and there are an unlimited number of groups that can be created. Within each group you can specify which access points (doors) are available and what access pattern is applied.

Each access group that is created could have the same access points (doors) specified but a different access pattern. Similarly, each access group could have the same access pattern specified but different access points (doors). This creates a policy whereby different access points (doors) are accessible at varying times of the day & varying days of the week.

Auto:Time Access Controller

Works seamlessly with Auto:Time Access Software and Auto:Time Premium Software.

Both packages allow connection to virtually any number of controllers (via ethernet) for companies that need to monitor multiple access points (doors).

Each controller has connectivity for up to two readers, should access need to be verified in both directions through an enterance or exit, however for entrances where it is only necessary to verify in one direction, it is commonplace for a 'Push to Exit' button to be installed.
