Celebrating 30 years of business, autotime has invested heavily in improving the companies facilities and undertaken a complete building refurbishment project to see in the new year.
2006 has been a year of change for Autotime and our main focus has been to significantly improve all aspects of the business. One major step in achieving this is the complete refurbishment of offices and working areas, which will be completed by the end of the year. This has made for a much improved working environment and has improved overall productivity. ‘The refurbishment program has provided a pleasant and healthy working environment, which everyone has appreciated. The investment has already proven to be an invaluable business tool’, I.T. Development Manager, Andrew Cottrill.
As part of the development program, provision was also made for a purpose built, multi-functional training room, with audio & video facilities and space to comfortably seat up to 12 people. ‘This not only allows the opportunity to provide quality end-user training and demonstrations, but also technical training for internal sales and technical staff’, Systems Support Manager, Dave Thomas.
Autotime has also made inroads toward Investors In People accreditation. All employees have undertaken City & Guilds Customer Service Training and have recently been awarded their certificates in a ceremony at our Birmingham offices. ‘It is important to focus on the people and not just product knowledge, to ensure our customers recieve excellent service’, Managing Director, Anna Berenger.
