And the sale is just the start of the relationship, we employ more support technicians than sales staff simply because from time to time our clients require re-training, they desire upgrades, they have additional requirements, they want to make the very best use out of the product that they have purchased, and they have new staff to be familiarised in our products and time saving efficiencies.
All our products are supported fully for the first three months by telephone and by using LogMeIn remote control software we can (with your permission) actually control your PC from our office and perform tuition or system changes.
Our support contracts are tiered depending on the level of cover required and the call-out response, support customers also receive discounts on re-training and occasional special offers, whichever option you choose you will be dealing direct with the software authors and can be assured of our continuing commitment to our product.

REMOTE SUPPORT
Clients who subscribe to one of our software maintenance contracts are offered remote support as part of the package - using the LogMeIn programme we can, with your prior permission, connect directly to your computer to either view and instruct you or to take over control of your PC while you watch, in this way we can carry out tuition and error corrections live on your PC without delay
After testing a number of remote support solutions, LogMeIn Rescue has proved to be the most reliable, user friendly package. It is initiated by the customer and therefore able to traverse most firewalls while maintaining a high level of security. It is possible to view remote desktops enabling support staff to quickly deal with a problem rather than waiting for an enginner to attend a site visit.
