Auto:Time Premium Package

The Auto:Time Premium package makes clocking in & out a simple and manageable task and is ideally suited for companies with up to 500 employees and for multiple site locations (see also our Envoy and Sentinel products).

With a choice of clocking terminals employees use the same swipe card or keyfob every week, eliminating the need to store & replace clockcards on a weekly basis - a substantial saving in many cases especially when removing the need to prepare time cards for the following week.

Auto:Time Premium will save time & money, calculating employee hours worked with the ability to highlight overtime as well as docking time for lateness or early departure.

Auto:Time Premium can be connected to many clocking terminals via your computer network either on a local or wide area network so you do not need to install any data cabling - just a network outlet will do (and a power point), and you have a choice of the standard mag-stripe terminal, proximity key fob or a biometric handscanner.

A Daily Tasks page (left, click to view larger image) pops up as soon as you log on and informs you of any clocking errors that require your attention as well as other useful information such as who has been late this week or who is on holiday next week.

A roll call list also appears on this front page showing an instant overview of who is currently in or out or on a pre-booked absence.

On the left of the Daily Tasks page is your overview of the workforce at the moment, listing those who need a manual correction to a clocking error, who is absent without reason, has been late this week, who has a booked absence coming up soon and who has a Qualification that is due to expire shortly.

Access to all of this information can be obtained by any user on the network provided that you have granted them access via their own password, their password dictates how much information and how many groups of employees they can view and/or edit (or not).

Each employee has his/her own archive of information holding several years worth of data, using the calendar to the left of this screen (click image to enlarge it) you can scroll back as far as you like to view what actually happened in that week.

If you have the correct log-in details you can also edit anything in here and you also use this screen to book past and future absences.

Note the buttons down at the bottom of the screen to display the employees annual absence calendar and annual absence summary (ie how many days holiday have they got left).

An annual absence planner (click to enlarge image) for each employee can be viewed on screen and you can invent as many reasons for absence as you wish, booking absences in advance or in arrears and viewing a "holiday balance" figure to remind you how many days each person has left this year - the software also checks to see who else is off on a specific day before you book a planned absence.

A large Personnel file allows you to keep records on all aspects of employees and their skills and performance levels.

Keep notes on appraisals or disciplinary events, register training courses attended and be reminded when the qualifications expire.

This section was designed in conjunction with one of the UK's largest Personnel Recruitment businesses and contains everything you need to keep your HR records up to date !

In addition to standard reports for hours worked, other workforce management reports are also included

Total hours worked by department or all employees
Manual corrections, for manual time entries due missed clock in or clock out
Infringement reporting, when employees have arrived late or left early
Absence reports for booked holidays, sickness & other absences
Roll call, to quickly find out who is in and who is absent
