SENTINEL is a revolutionary time and attendance solution which uses a standard GPRS enabled mobile phone (including PDA's and Blackberry's) as the data input device.

After downloading a small programme (which can be customised to suit your specific requirements) onto the handset each employee simply logs a "clocking time" on the handset, either at the start and end of the day, for break times, or even individual site visits, and all of this information is transmitted immediately to a remote and secure server where it is collated on your account web site for immediate viewing.

Using information gathered by the GPRS handset the geographical location of your staff can be pinpointed by the secure web server and displayed on a map, allowing you to not only monitor their time spent but also validate their location.

As well as providing the raw clocking information you can use the online software to prepare and print timesheets and analyse working trends, track journey times between jobs and detect potential workload problems as they arise - you can also set a "virtual perimeter" of operations to monitor when employees enter or leave specific zones such as city centre congestion charging areas.
